1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Maxiforge's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.
2. Service Description
Maxiforge provides business law services including IP protection, regulatory compliance, cross-border transactions, dispute resolution, and Shariah-compliant advisory.
3. Client Responsibilities
- Provide accurate and complete information for legal matters
- Maintain confidentiality of privileged communications
- Pay invoices within agreed timeframes
- Comply with applicable laws and regulations
4. Fees & Payment
Fees are as quoted in engagement letters. Payment is due upon invoice. Late payments may incur interest at 1.5% per month. Maxiforge reserves the right to suspend services for non-payment.
5. Limitation of Liability
Maxiforge provides legal advice in good faith. We are not liable for decisions made based on our advice, nor for indirect or consequential damages. Our liability is limited to fees paid in the preceding 12 months.
6. Confidentiality
All client information is protected under attorney-client privilege and data protection laws. We do not disclose information except as required by law.
7. Intellectual Property
All work product, documents, and deliverables created by Maxiforge remain our property unless otherwise agreed in writing.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate the engagement with written notice. Upon termination, all outstanding fees become immediately due.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration or courts in Kuala Lumpur.
